An Associate Brewer is responsible for brewing, transferring, and cellaring finished beer and ensuring all cleaning regimes and safety protocols are followed.  Successful candidates will have experience with brewing science and equipment, be team oriented, able to follow explicit operating procedures without deviation, but willing to adapt to changing schedules in the brewhouse. The typical week will involve a mix of day shift (approx. 7AM-3PM) and second shift (approx. 12PM-8PM) hours.  However, applicants must remain flexible and willing to work all hours, including occasional weekends.  Associate brewers report to the Head Brewer.

Compensation/Salary: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per Year
