Wayland Brewing, located in Orchard Park, NY is the newest addition to the Grange Community Kitchen Restaurant Group.
Wayland Brewing is opening as a 18,000 sq ft brewery, taproom and event space in Orchard Park, NY (just outside of Buffalo; home to the Buffalo Bills). We have a great team in place and are looking to hire a Brewer to join our production team. This position works directly with our Head Brewer and Co-Owner.
Our brewery will be operating a well appointed 20 BBL 3-vessel system with in-house canning capabilities and room to grow. As our brewery will produce a wide range of styles, the ideal candidate will be excited about producing all types of accessible, precisely executed beers. Styles to expect include a range of modern IPA’s, continental lagers, and a variety of both traditional and non-traditional styles. Interest and experience in brewing and blending mixed fermentation and/or spirit barrel aged beer is also a plus.
Candidates should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for beer. We hope to find an exceptional person to help establish our identity, provide great beer and experiences to our community and grow with us.
Compensation/Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per Year
