Night Shift Brewing is growing, and are looking for a dedicated Packaging Assistant to join our mighty Production Team.  This role is an EXCELLENT opportunity for anyone who is interested in craft beer, brewing, or the craft beverage industry.  Learn about the brewing process from start to finish, get some exposure to the industry, and play a key role in getting our products out of our production facility and into the hands of consumers.

The Packaging Assistant role is responsible for a myriad of packaging responsibilities, from packing out finished cases and cans to cleaning kegs and kegging beer. They work directly with the Packaging Lead to execute daily assignments in a timely manner and change the plan as issue arise. The is the last step of the brewing process so this role is critical to getting the highest quality beer into the customer’s hands.

This role operates in a manufacturing environment. As such, conditions will be:

You’re expected to be on your feet for the duration of your shift. The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 pounds by hand and up to 1,440 pounds with a pallet jack is a must.
