Utah-based Beans & Brews Coffeehouse is opening three stores in the Las Vegas area, thanks to a partnership with brothers Justin and Tony Williams. The first location, at 4438 N Rancho Dr., will open in Q1 of 2023.

"We have full faith in the Williams brothers leading the way for Beans and Brews in Las Vegas. With their knowledge of the brand, and a passion for providing communities with an outstanding cup of coffee and spectacular service, we know they will be a huge success in the area," Kim Falk, VP of franchise development, said in a company press release. "Breaking into a new market like Las Vegas is a tremendous step forward for us, and we look forward to ingratiating ourselves with the local community."

While this will be the first Beans & Brews location in Vegas for the Williams brothers, they are not new to the brand, having opened their first franchised location earlier this year in West Haven, Utah. Before opening the store, the brothers worked for the brand as baristas while in high school.

"I remember working at Beans and Brews and asking the owner at the time how to open a store when I worked there," Tony Williams said in the release. "The brand's commitment to providing communities a place to come together and create memories over a cup of coffee inspires us and we are thrilled to be able to be a part of it."

Franchising since 2004, Beans & Brews Coffeehouse has 67 locations open in four states and has over 30 locations in development.
