Product Development and Innovation Brewer
Purpose: The Product Development and Innovation Brewer is responsible for developing and managing all R&D projects from ideation through creation and brand commercialization, supplying Tap Room specialties, and supporting barrel aged beer operations. They will collaborate with all other departments at the brewery to craft an innovative and competitive portfolio for distribution and within the Tap Room.

$50,000-$70,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a 3% match for 401(k) contributions, medical and dental insurance at 50% and premiums are covered at 100% after 18 months of service.
