Job Title: Lead Brewer

FLSA Status: Exempt 

Reports To: Director of Brewing Operations

Salary Range: $52,000-62,000 based on experience

Get to know this role: 

Our production team is responsible for working with the head and lead brewers to assist in designing and executing a substantial amount of unique beers across a multitude of styles; as well as producing recurring styles with consistency.

Our lead brewer is responsible for leading the team through training, providing direction and coaching, and engagement. They are the point person for all daily floor operations and are responsible for ensuring best practices are being followed, brew staff are staying on target, and that safety standards are being followed. They have an eye for detail and for identifying and correcting inefficiencies. They celebrate work well done while also recognizing continuous room improvement.

We are hiring for a full time position, which includes a 401(k) retirement plan, sick & holiday paid time off, educational opportunities, and of course, plenty of free beer.
