? Cooperate with maintenance personnel for calibration, maintenance and upgrade/replacement activities of equipment and instruments

? Troubleshoot and maintain all control components, such as PLC, safety equipment, HMI, servo drives, process instruments and other electrical beer equipment

? Provide electrical and control support for capital projects, manage projects according to distribution, and conduct on-site supervision of external contractors performing work

? Identify, develop, design and integrate improvement projects, optimizations, process changes and new technologies to achieve higher productivity, higher quality, safer operations and larger capacity

? Use professional knowledge to make decisions and recommendations that have an important impact on the goals and activities of the department and organization

? Strong time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks on time.

? Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, listening, critical thinking, oral and written communication skills.

? Experience:

? At least 5 years of control engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing/industrial environments

? Need electrical and/or automation engineering background and

? Working experience in a brewery is preferred

? Experience in designing, constructing, installing, debugging and troubleshooting equipment and processes is preferred

? Project management experience is preferred

? Computer skill:

? Proficient in Ignition, WinCC FLEX, FactoryTalk and other SCADA systems

? Proficient in PLC languages, such as Siemens Simatic S7 and Allen Bradley RS Logix/Studio 5000.

? Travel requirements: Must be able to travel.

? educate:

? Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or any combination of education and/or experience, which requires comparable knowledge, skills and abilities

? Oenology degree or certificate is preferred

? Location: Milford, Connecticut

? Salary: commensurate with experience-basic salary and performance bonus opportunities.
