Athletic Brewing’s maintenance team is looking for a maintenance technician responsible for maintaining and repairing brewery equipment. This role must be critically aware of industry best practices, safety procedures, and proper repair SOPs.

* Repairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns components of machinery and equipment

* Cleans and lubricates parts, equipment, and machinery.

* Performs routine preventative maintenance and repairs to manufacturing equipment.

* Service and repair plant facilities equipment such as air compressors, heat exchangers, boilers and chillers. Desired Experience/ Traits

* Work takes place in cold, hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods.

* Requires frequent operation of a variety of machines/equipment/tools.

* Conducts work in a standing position primarily; however, job requires sitting, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

* Good mechanical aptitude and effective use of basic hand tools.

* Understands and employs a Safety-First approach

* Working knowledge of brewery equipment.

* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

* Salary: Hourly Rate starting at 24/ hour - Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.
